United Door Service is the National Account Division of Carolina Door Controls offering nationwide service programs for automatic and manual doors. Due to the tremendous growth of national accounts and to better meet the needs of our existing customers, Carolina Door decided to establish United Door Service to concentrate solely on national accounts. With a service vendor network of over 100 automatic door distributors across the country, UDS is able to provide service 24 hours a day on all products.

It is our goal to alleviate for our customers some of the work associated with maintaining store equipment by offering a single source vendor for all of your automatic door requirements. UDS works with the customer to develop a program to meet their needs. Through UDS you'll experience benefits such as one phone number to call, billing from one vendor, access to products from multiple manufacturers, an inventory of new and rebuilt parts, and consolidated review reports.
