Knights Bridge Apartments, Cape Town

The Rabie Property Group, an independent property company established in 1978, added 198 luxury apartments known as Knights Bridge to compliment Century City’s ‘new urbanism’. The property moguls have set out to construct the successes felt in European cities locally through the vertical and horizontal integration of various property uses.

With a 20m-heated swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna, the demand for quality was high. 198 of DORMA’s TS 92 universal door closers were installed in each apartment, assuring the client of product excellence within an unobtrusive design.
