02.11.2006 DORMA acquires glass door specialist MAMEEnnepetal/Rietberg, Germany. Effective retroactively as per July 1, 2006, the DORMA Group has acquired MAME Türendesign GmbH domiciled in Rietberg, near Gütersloh. MAME is the market leader in Germany for surface-treated glass doors and, through is distribution channel in the form of the timber and construction components trade, is represented throughout Europe at around 2000 exhibitions. more… |
