DORMA a top employer in Germany

Ennepetal, Germany. In this year’s competition to find Germany’s best employers, DORMA has been chosen among the top ten. Awarded ninth place out of a total of 51 leading corporations, DORMA was right behind industry giant EADS (8) and received higher marks from the jury than such renowned companies as McDonald’s (10), Shell Germany (13) and Commerzbank (17). In the study carried out by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) in conjunction with independent economics journalists, the business career magazine karriere and the HR specialists geva-institut, DORMA scored particularly high points in the categories “Corporate Development and Image”, “Corporate Culture and Management” and “Individual Development Opportunities”. The detailed results have been available since the beginning of April in printed form under the title “Top-Arbeitgeber in Deutschland 2005”, published by W. Bertelsmann Verlag.
