DORMA GmbH & Co. KG wins top employer award
Project mentor Wolfgang Clement presents award to door systems manufacturer
 DORMA GmbH & Co KG, a company based in Ennepetal, Germany, has won a TOP JOB award for the second year running for its outstanding achievements in the field of HR management. The company achieved a top ten ranking in the "Remuneration Models" category. This accolade is awarded as part of the nationwide benchmarking survey of the same name, for which Professor Axel G. Schmidt of the Trier-based Institut für Mittelstandsökonomie (Inmit), a think-tank for SMEs, studies the quality of HR activities at medium-sized companies. The 2005 TOP JOB award has now been conferred on 57 companies, including DORMA GmbH & Co. KG. Wolfgang Clement, the mentor of this project, presented this prestigious prize in Nuremberg's Schindlerhof on the evening of Friday, 27 January. The companies taking part in the survey were rated in five categories: Vision & Leadership, HR Development, Remuneration Models, Culture & Communication, and Family & Social Orientation.
