World Market Leader DORMA Awards PR Budget to New Provider

Change Communication of Frankfurt made Lead Agency

Ennepetal, Germany. DORMA, leading international system supplier of products circling the door, has engaged a new lead agency. As part of its ongoing globalisation strategy and also its preparations for its centenary in 2008, DORMA has undertaken a thorough review of its future communications alignment. Commenting on this, CEO Dr. Michael Schädlich stated: “We have identified increasing individuality amongst our customers, progressing globalisation in our business environment and a need to further integrate our activities spread over 66 companies in 45 countries.”

DORMA made its decision following an intensive selection process in which the focus was on getting acquainted with the personnel of the various candidate companies based on numerous meetings, briefings and presentations. “We wanted a partner for the long term and were therefore looking for the right chemistry as well as creativity, cogent processes and staffing continuity,” explained the DORMA CEO, adding: “The entire team at Change Communication was able to convince us of its creative talent coupled with an impressive basic understanding of our brand, markets and target groups.”
