Track systems for multi-functional layout configuration
1. EM-type track
The track system for the fully automatic EM operator, designed to ensure fast traversing and particularly low-noise operation of the elements.
The individual elements are automatically, quietly, quickly and safely moved into position at the push of a button.
Suitable for both straight-line and curved configurations.

2. K-type track

The K-type track system is a new, compact alternative, offering all the advantages of minimised dimensions. The mechanically coded curve and switch directional control system ensures easy operation as the elements are transferred to their appropriate positions. Curved system configurations are thus, of course, possible.

K-type track system advantages:

• Aluminium track rail for elements up to 250 kg
• Dimensions: 70 x 72.5 mm
• Tandem roller carrier

• Easy operation thanks to curve and switch directional control system combined with code-guided carriers

3. R-type track
The proven R-track system comes with right-angled intersections enabling a very wide range of layout configurations. The track system is designed for element weights up to 500 kg. Integrated in the intersections are steel inserts that prevent the elements from dropping as they pass over the junctions. The cross-roller carriers used in conjunction with the R-track are equipped with track rollers mounted in ball bearings that are both extremely quiet and maintenance-free. This ensures many years of reliable, convenient operation and easy element handling.

4. MR-type track

The track system for very high loads. Thanks to special roller carriers, this steel track type can handle elements with weights up to 1,000 kg. The roller carriers are code-guided on the basis of the curve and switch directional control system, making operation of the elements particularly light and easy.
