Located near Salou (Tarragona) on the Golden Coast, Universal Port Aventura is one of the biggest amusement parks and resorts in Spain, with more than a million square meters of surface area. It consists of 5 theme areas, the Mediterranean, China, Polynesia, Mexico and the Far West, with two hotels and several restaurants and bars.
One of the most favorite areas is the Caribbean Coast, defined as a water park. Close nearby, in the Polynesian area, there is one of the most mystical attractions in the park. It is called Odyssey. It offers a magnificant journey to the bottom of the sea through animation and offers moving seats that follow the images projected on the screen. The whole environment simulates an exotic submarine that enters and leaves through many doors supplied by the DORMA ED 200 operator.
