This four star hotel with 487 rooms is located in the heart of the city’s most modern area, close to the Congressional Palace and the Castelallan Exposition Hall as well as many of the most remarkable buildings, such as the European Tower, the Picasso Tower, Kio Tower and the Azca Center. It is also located near the Madrid financial area.

One of the last remodelings was the Madrid Firemen’s Squad Standard to comply to the need to install a door closure in each room. The DORMA TS 91 model was chosen that at that time, having been recently launched in the market.
